Illusia — Work 01

An eight-metre-wide outdoor video installation on Klydens Plads in Ishøj, Denmark. As darkness falls, a wall comes alive — an illusion unfolds in a luminous room where four characters dwell. For a brief moment, passersby are invited to look behind the curtain and follow one person’s attempt to connect with their seemingly disconnected fellow human beings.

The work by dance company Kunz and Company examines how young people balance between digital and real-world community — and what can happen when someone dares to reach out.
