2022
A Danish play by Line Mørkeby. A man running on stage leads us through his experiences and feelings of losing a child to cancer. Emotionally heavy, the constant running is hypnotising. The score revolves around portraying the character’s emotional state as he goes through grief.
The sound of the treadmill itself is a major player — equipped with sensors that modulate the soundscape in real time.
The production received a nomination for the Gríman Awards for best sound design and lead male role.
